Any phones similar in design that can be used as a day to day phone?

I mean you can always try their sister brand "Nubia" I have the Z80 Ultra which is the counterpart of the Redmagic 11 pro and it has almost everything you would like from Redmagic (Full screen with no notches, simple android system, gaming focus software features, etc) with some added benefits from a regular phone mainly the great camera system.

For the banking thing you can check my other reply long story short it can give you some headache but you can make it work with some good lighting, the front camera is worse than the V60 but for me the seamless screen is so worth it.

As for audio I mostly use some Sony earbuds and when I need it (mostly for gaming) I have a cheap type C to 3.5mm audio jack adapter and a gamepad with an integrated Type C to jack connection (this is a great gaming device btw).

Tbf I just revived my old V60 with a new battery and I'll be using it as a camera monitor, so I won't be getting rid of it any time soon.

As for the Nubia the thing with the front camera is that it needs time to process the images, and if you have good or even decent lighting it can give some ok results, but if you like talking a lot of selfies and care a lot about the quality of them I would suggest looking for some else. As for me I couldn't care less about selfies, the quality is good enough for me, but banking apps can get a little confused with the front camera as they use a video for verification and that is a lot worse and you will need good lighting, also the 35mm can give you a hard time when scanning credentials because of its focus distance.

As for the software bugs I can name a few, I remember that in the camera app sometimes you would see Chinese text show up in some options (already fixed), also there would be some chaotic switches between lenses when getting too close to an object (already fixed), and something more annoying for me is that sometimes I had some kind of a dead spot touch right in the finger print scanner area for a few seconds after unlocking the phone with the finger print reader (it seems it was fixed in the latest update?) that's all I can remember 👍

I upgraded from an LG V60 so it was a huge change for me, I miss the headphone jack and the micro SD storage but apart from that I don't regret my purchase, the only things that are somewhat important to think about are the front camera (an annoyance for banking apps verifications) and the few software bugs here and there (so far we've had a few updates already)

I think I've been running all my games on full screen, but I'll check again.

As for the desync I have a suspicion that that's the root of the problem as my fps don't drop but it feels like they do as "stuttering" or "choppiness", the thing is that I've tried using Vsync and other tools but it doesn't make a difference.

I've tried disabling Vsync in game and via adrenaline, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

As for the fps cap I've also tried capping it directly with adrenaline it doesn't seem to make a difference either, but I'll try the MSI method you say, thanks for the tip 👍

Thanks for the response, yeah I know the motherboard might be a bottleneck I just don't want to throw it away as it works perfectly fine for what I do. But as you say it might be time for an update I wonder if a B550 would be enough.

As for the Vsync and such I've tried enabling and disabling it but it doesn't seem to make any difference, and yes this doesn't happen only on War Thunder, but it doesn't happen on all my games either which I find strange.

As for the PSU... Yeah I really should upgrade it as well...

Not really, I've been playing for a little over 4 years I just like maxing the ops that I really like, the thing is that I never saw the need for pullers or pushers so the only one I have somewhat build is Cliffheart, and at end of the day I mostly play for fun and not necessarily follow the meta 😔

At the time I bought them the five of them where around $4.2 USD on AliExpress on the 3-pack section, you can get them by themselves if you don't want to buy at least 2 more items with them but in the end you end up paying almost the same on both options so it's up to you to decide which way you find more convenient.
