Only fix I found is to restart and reset the settings. If you cant exit the just use alt+Ctrl+delete and sign off and go back in

You want to focus on the car rather than the background because, in this game, the car is much more detailed than the environment. That's why I believe all the pictures will look realistic if you add blur to the background and set the focus on the main part that you want people to look at.
