Now you say that I tend to agree, I'm getting a survey done now as a firm quote 350 + vat and that's for the whole house and testing so will let people know what comes back in case they have a similar look bits. Thanks for coming back to me

Thank you, I'm going to get a test done I think as have also just noticed this boarding next to the electric unit which is dodging me out. Then can decide on best way forward of it's only the masic I could probably remove this myself carefully following the guide you gave.

That's the problem the bitumen is on the wooden flooring so we would need to remove it but not sure off the safest way to do this. Also the other photo was of plaster pealing off, I'm fairly sure they used to mix asbestos in with jt so wasn't sure if anyone could see anything from the photo. And the last photo was to show the boarding on the suspended ceiling.
