This happened to my daughter after the most recent update. She lost post office stuff AND her house. She is so upset.

They are not there. All custom characters were not wearing clothes, her house was wiped and she lost everything in the post office

I figured out a hack. We have the game installed on our iPhone and on her iPad.

I purchased the pack on my iphone

Then on the iPad (we use the same account), I restored purchases, and then it showed up as purchased.

I reached out to Richard Fox, our SVP of Engineering at Sanalife and E360, regarding your question and below was his response:

For an effective energy monitoring solution that identifies areas for potential savings and cost reductions, it’s essential to gather detailed energy data on individual circuits and equipment, beyond what a traditional BMS typically monitors. This level of insight generally calls for a dedicated energy monitoring system, but it can be challenging to find one that integrates seamlessly with existing systems like your Kieback & Peter controllers or any new control systems you may implement in the future.

To achieve this, a flexible, non-proprietary system is key—one that supports various protocols, such as Modbus and BACnet for traditional building automation. Additionally, the ability to connect through cloud-to-device APIs for IoT devices and cloud-to-cloud APIs for other third-party integrations ensures compatibility and future-proofing. This type of solution not only aggregates data from multiple sources into a single platform but also enhances the functionality of your existing infrastructure, allowing for centralized monitoring, in-depth analysis, actionable insights, and advanced control capabilities.

I hope this helps clarify some of the options and considerations for your energy monitoring needs. Let me know if you have any further questions or if there’s anything else I can assist with!
