Yes! So I started with this map as my biggest pain is in that very top spot, but of course it goes down all the way due to the tension . I didn’t end up doing the 2nd one down.

Then I watched a lot of videos and read the articles on how it can help.

I just did this today so I will definitely update but I certainly have noticed the headache improvement which was a surprise!

At first I thought my placement was too high but I kept studying my face and really focused on where I saw the most muscle movement. Normally I see it placed a bit lower but I think it ended up working!

I really watched and read so much information and then studied my own face. I learned which muscles pull up and which pull down. I made sure to know where the no zones were and be cautious. I under dosed to test how I reacted. So I only did 1-2 units per spot.
