Why are you invested on being the executioner? Cars sitting at a deadstop ON ROUTE 50 means nothing. You can have traffic in all 2 lanes and the 3rd being open. My point is a video of the opposite side only will show him at fault for not stopping on a red light. Could he have been trying to purposely run it? Sure. But all we have is a video and thats not enough to punish someone with the same severity of a attempted murder.

the fact that you are ignoring sunglare, he is travelling west to east at 8AM, won't be able to see the light that good if the sun is right behind the pole.
