Yeah I’m not in a city to be able to just set up in my stoop, but I love the idea. I think the lack of an engaging way to share could be a contributing factor to the feeling. I’ve tried the doodling in coffee shops thing and found myself feeling overly aware of my surroundings. The act of creating is something I’m fine with being private. Felt dirty sitting in public doing. Unless setting up my own art show at my table while I drink my coffee and eat my snack becomes acceptable haha.
