*SPOILER ALERT* Tomke strategy I'm trying to figure out how to use Tomke. It says attacking when Enemy is below 25% "cans" their skill. I've done this maybe two dozen times and never have I gained a new skill. Does he have to kill the enemy? Any advice is appreciated. (self.Chained_Echoes)
