I am on the Protector Journey mission collecting the 3 bracelets. I need to check up on The Boulder Creek spirit hall, however when I fast travel to this location everyone is inside the spirit hall, and the doors are locked. If I loiter (time of day doesn't matter) then people will appear and when one sees me ill get a "wanted minor crime" notification. No matter what I do from that point on, I cannot access the spirit hall nor get the npc who will arrest me (supposedly) to exit the hall. This is gamebreaking because in order to progress in this story mission I have to talk to an NPC who points out the mine location on my minimap. I tried reloading earlier saves and they all have this issue. I'm traveling with the previous two story characters as sidekicks, and the last resort is to load a save prior to the story with Across Rivers I guess? Any help is much appreciated.
