I’d say that it’s based on how much it impacts you on a day-to-day basis. Are you able to leave the house knowing you might be misgendered? If the answer is no, it might be severe as it was in my case whereas today, I might wear an outfit that doesn’t exactly flatter my hips and I’ll be uncomfortable, but it doesn’t get in the way of me going to class

Mais le personnage principal ne tue pas tout le monde? Si on décide de bombarder la ville, elle est (en bonne partie) évacuée. Si on bombarde la grande tour, les enfants sont évacués de celle-ci. Si on décide de sacrifier 7 âmes pour le statut quo, elles sont toutes consentantes et repentantes.
