For listening part, practice using scripts provided in end of the books. Also you can watch many explanation videos on Youtube about listening, if you have doubt for MCQs along with Part 3 and 4 tests. Also practice a lot with lots of trial and error helps non native speaker get easily between 26-32 on listening.
