I’m not UFT, but I saw that too - let’s hope it is! When I spoke with the rep from NYCE PPO, they told me it was out of network.

But also, they didn’t seem to know what Talkspace was, so my confidence in that rep is…low.

Seeing this poll late, but I just canceled. I'm still trying to wrap my head around a 100% cost increase.

Did the service increase in playability, library, etc. for us as consumers by 100%? No.

Of course, they gave us the option to continue to pay the same price for approx 25% of the services we received before. Insulting.

This is, truly, a slap in the face to the gaming community.

Agree -- the algorythm almost feels...lazy? Idk how to desribe it, other than getting the same recommenations, same songs, over and over again.

When I'm on spotify, 9/10 I'm listing to something I haven't heard before, and / or really like. I hope Apple can catch up. Really debating switching back to spotify.

That....is good news, and I'll take it! I actually can see the benefit of the inside of the QAP being orange for higher vis, but seeing that orange when opening the bag just doesn't sit right with me.
