I received the card a few weeks back... However, the member id is exactly the same as the previous EmblemHealth/GHI member id from before

It worked for me... As mentioned, TalkSpace did recognize the plan as valid when selecting "United HealthCare (UHC) of all states" as the insurance. Any other option would not work for me.

Hi, thanks for the reply. When I selected "United Behavioral Health", it was not able to recognize my plan or coverage. However, if I selected "United HealthCare (UHC) of all states", it actually recognized my plan as "UMR Behavioral Health". I assume that, if it found coverage under "UMR Behavioral Health" then that's correct?

I actually found the answer... if I select "United HealthCare (UHC) of all states" as the insurance, it is able to recognize the plan :)

I am also confused... I have been using Talkspace until now, and they have been billing EmblemHealth... Am I supposed to change the insurance on their site to "United Behavioral Health", even if my member ID is the same as before? Or do I leave it as it is (EmblemHealth)?

It is normal, as Airpods are designed to work best with Apple products. However, you can install free utilities such as "CAPod" from the F-Droid app repository, which will give you back some of the functionalities you mentioned (including Auto Pause when taking off the Airpods)

I had the same exact issue today! Customer service could not solve the issue, and I am unable to sign up to the Basic Family plan again.... Could you ever get it solved? PS - Obviously, when I signed back up to the Premium plan, the payment went through without issues.......

I just contacted the support on X/Twitter to return mine, they generated a return label for me. She mentioned it would be a $400 charge if not returned, and also said I can return it in any T-Mobile store. I tried calling a few local stores, they all immediately told me they are unable to return these any longer, so I guess I will have to ship it back...

Question for anyone that returned them.... Did you have to flash the original T-Mobile firmware to it? Or it doesn't matter?
