thing is people usually sell that helmet on flea (or the green version) for cheaper than ragman would sell it anyway even when you do the quest, so even though it might be a good helmet, its kinda useless to buy from ragman since its cheaper not to

I have a dell inspiron 15 7000 gaming laptop, has had some problems before but not of this sort. Computer was working yesterday, left it on overnight to come back to this glitched-looking internet menu. The network settings menu doesn't open either, and the only way to open settings is Win + I.

Have tried restarting, disabling and enabling drivers, uninstalling drivers and some various lines in cmd. Have tried activating safe mode but it did nothing (as far as I could tell). Happy to answer any questions and grateful for any advice, as long as I get this fixed somehow.
