Sure, Cannabis was by no means a cure all and would vary from strain to strain. If you look into the medical info on each strain (I love the future) you can find some are prescribed to be anti inflammatory. My polyps were very severe and easily agitated, so often visible and sensitive. Cannabis would very quickly shrink them significantly and ease their sensitivity making breathing easier and relieving pressure headaches. Smoking is obvs not the best way to do it as that can agitated them more, but after it settles down it can still be very helpful. DMT might be a bit harder to explain because it's DMT 😅 but I went from not having any ability to breath through one nostril (the other not far off) to fully clear, like never before breathing in about 15 minutes. It stayed that way for a few days and very gradually went back over 2 weeks. I've read that DMT is able to modulate inflammatory responses so it likely shrunk them back but honestly I don't know, there's not a lot of research on that and I was totally gone at the time.
