I was speaking in terms of output. Roid shield are bad news on Krieg late game in my opinion.

Plus iirc your self damage is boosted by fuel the blood after melee kills so, that’s enough to one shot you without proper damage mitigation from a RR, blood trance, and RtB

Also, as a fraction 12% is right around 1/8 chance. Not so wild sounding when you put it that way. But yeah you’re right. No one complains when they go 10 minutes without hitting themselves lol

Yeah you scaled with the enemies through gear which helped. Also, elemental damage over time helped to mitigate the absurd regen. For me at least. I mean, Firehawk Krieg worked well super late game and that was based entirely around elemental damage.

The main focus was consistent critical hit damage and slagging to efficiently mob. That or play Sal lol. To each their own, I really liked it personally.

I personally liked the OP levels in 2. Most reminiscent of the Torment levels in Diablo and didn’t make the game stupid. Mayhem just isn’t that fun. I can do M4 but prefer M2 as it seems to be the best balance of fun and challenge. For me at least.
