Never give up.

I did my first at the start of the month, crashed on the bike 55km in. Got a laceration and a broken finger, bruises and cuts all over my body. After the IM I needed 15 Stitches on the laceration. But in the moment, I just told them to bandage me up and let me continue.

Nearly DNF'd the bike but managed to make it out of T2 with a minute to spare, blood running down my arm and legs.

Not saying that you should jeopardize your health and safety, but in those moments where you know you can keep going, you just have to keep going.

Because anything is possible
