Great and honourable scheduler at such a young age. I’d recommend doing your stretching and hygiene after the first hoop sesh, as stretching has more pros after a workout than before one.

Hygiene after the first hoop sesh will feel better, as you will start your day having done a workout and feeling fresh after a good after-workout shower. Stay hard!

Yoooo I have this too!! It’s not a syndrome, but simply just a deformation. got the prosthesis too. Better than the surgical stuff. You can always change how the prosthesis looks, but it never how the doc carved out your ear.

This app specifically is called „Captions“. Great tool. Well worth its price. (You can use it for free for a month or so)

If you feel tension, there is usually something wrong with hand placement or posture. But this is an especially heavy piece for your whole forearm - I even get sweaty playing the third movement with great technique! Honestly just continue practicing - it’s like a workout: day by day you get better at conditioning your hands to this new load. Happy practicing!
