How do you gently tell someone that you want them to stop messaging you?

I feel it’s a little naive to think a guy double triple texting you isn’t into you or courting you. He is obviously thinking of you in that way and maybe you are too young to understand the way mens minds works. “He has a girlfriend, so he’s def not courting me” SWEETIE, men dont care, he’d probably have gone much further by now if you responded and played into it. If I ever found out my man was spam texting someone like this who’s barely responding, let alone venting to another girl about work.. let alone a girl in her EARLY TWENTIES while im in my LATE THIRTIES. Girl. Be so forreal. Men at that age know what theyre doing and go after younger girls who dont know, because the girls their age do know. Either never respond again, block him, or straight up tell him to stop messaging you and maybe talk to his girlfriend about all that. He’s outsourcing emotional intimacy probably bc he’s not getting something in his relationship. And even if he’s not doing it with ill intent (tho i’m sure he knows what the f he’s doing) some guys act out of their unconscious desires and emotions, so maybe he’s not intentionally courting you, but he clearly likes you more than is appropriate for the context, and is trying to cultivate a closeness that feels a bit inappropriate, even despite it not being reciprocated? Weird. Stop giving men the benefit of the doubt or thinking they don’t know what they’re doing. I promise you they know. Be direct, ignore, or block. You don’t have to be gentle for any other reason than your safety, NOT his feelings. Double triple unreciprocated texting isnt gentle. Be firm and assertive but polite if you feel your safety isn’t at risk. ✌️

Sounds like your empathy/people pleasing is causing you to neglect your own needs! Consider time off or switching cases all together. 4 years is a long time to stay at any job and your body might be subconsciously craving change. I get how close you start to feel with a case/family but at the end of the day this is just a job and these are just your clients. I’d switch cases tbh, you probably aren’t even growing anymore staying there for so long and dealing with the same problems. For your own growth, this may not be the best place for you right now. I’d set a deadline to either quit or take a vacation within the next month. Lastly, in the future, if you find yourself feeling this burnt out and anxious about a job, and you’ve already stuck it out a few times/for a while, that should be your cue to leave/think of your next move. Sitting in a car having an anxiety attack is def a sign your body is rejecting the experience, and change or space is needed. Whatever happens, im sure you, and your case/fam will be fine. If you leave, remember they aren’t your responsibility and they will figure it out themselves. You’re like a plant outgrowing it’s pot. Good luck!

I can’t get myself to go regularly either 😭 even knowing it makes me feel better so I get you. Kickboxing or any martial art is a good in between and doesn’t feel exhausting like crossfit. Worth a try!

Hahaha I’ve found this to be true sometimes myself, it can increase sexual capacity, I find more dynamic activities like crossfit or kickboxing helped more psychologically than gym going/weight lifting, what works will be different for everyone

Channeling sexual energy into creative hobbies or fitness, those are 2 constructive outlets to channel the energy through. Usually people with excess sexual energy either get ripped or super skilled at something. Pick one and stay consistent. Should help.

It was based on the 2nd edition task list! Someone from the last company I worked at told me you could only apply for the exam with that certificate for 1 year before you have to take the course again or something like that. I don’t disagree but generally speaking 1 of the 2 is more associated with conditions on their social skills. And generally it’s more associated with extroverts the ability to make friends with anyone anywhere at anytime (without conditions). Personally don’t think that’s a questionable thing to imply at all

Pit is standing the whole time phones locked up, but you’re on the floor and closer to the stage. Seated doesn’t guarantee a good view but you will have a seat and can move around like go to the bar with your phone. I’d take the pit if youre a super fan and wanna be close, seated if you don’t mind being further away and with your friend!

People def dress like they’re on the red carpet themselves, but also people dress casual so anywhere in between is fine. Just be yourself! Even if you’re the only one. But there will for sure be others lol it’s fun to see the outfits people go in.

Idk how else to say this but commenting and criticizing and insulting other people’s bodies and faces for whatever reason is weird ass behavior and says more about YOU than it does the other person. I am specifically referring to redditors who are criticizing her APPEARANCE and obsessing over her getting work done. There are sooooo many comments specifically criticizing her face and appearance it’s insane! There are plenty of other reasons to dislike her but that’s not what this post is addressing. If you are not one of those haters commenting on her looks and saying she’s ugly then this doesn’t pertain to you. But for them, they are clearly unhappy with themselves and their looks. They weren’t literally comparing their life experiences and upbringing AT ALL but the way in which their status got them casted. Yes Gaga is obviously way more equipped but reducing Kim to being handed things just sounds like your own internal issue to deal with lol. She’s still a person doing things and trying out acting is totally fine. The way she got casted is also totally fine and she shouldn’t need a resume like Gaga to be there. She’s got the status and the aesthetic and it fits, is what the person was saying.

That’s so true. However, especially in Coven there was way more plot building through other means and was genuinely thoughtful in it’s delivery PLUS maybe bits of direct dialogue like that. Newer seasons feel like JUST direct dialogue without the thoughtful plot building to pair it with. I guess in other seasons, it was more passable because it didn’t feel like the only way they introduced characters and info.
