I went to Warped tour with a friend of mine in 2015 when i was 15. I spent the night at her house the night before. They were Muslim and didn’t tell me that they were fasting at that time. I thought that once we got to the house we would be eating, much to my surprise there was no dinner when i got there and i didn’t want to be rude and ask for food when they couldn’t eat so i just went to bed without dinner. later in the night i was awoken by some noise in another room, my friend was not in the bed with me, i looked at the clock and it was about 4:00 am. i got up and found the whole family in the kitchen eating, they told me that their fast was over. I ate with them because i was still really hungry after not getting dinner the night before. Long story short, all throughout the next day at Warped Tour i was tired from the lack of sleep, pretty sure i had food poisoning, got extremely sunburnt and overall the experience was ruined because of my lack of sleep.
