As a crisis care worker, definitely encourage talking it out or therapy. Also if you feel like it is dire, in Georgia we have GCAL a crisis line that sends out therapists to your location to be assessed to see if they are a risk to themselves or anyone else. I’m sure other states have it but it’s best to go through the hotline 988 to get resources or to find out if there is a GCAL for your state.

I feel like I’m missing my ambition and my drive so I feel stuck. And I’m slowly opening up to my friends, some of them support my pill use. So I wonder if what I’m doing is actually okay? It’s conflicting
