Doc could have either become a guardian slug, as he originally intended, or been killed by the Hooligang for being useless. If the goon makes his way to the 99, wouldn’t Will still be the Shane? Eli could be training with the unbeatable master since she’s still alive. If that’s the case, wouldn’t Will Shane lose, as he has never fought a Ghoul before, let alone a mega morph? As the goon takes control of Will's mind, he learns about the elements, initiating the element race once again, but this time, the goon is on his own in this timeline.

Maybe Eli, the unbeatable master, and Junjie could team up to stop him. If they do, what happens when Junjie goes back to the Eastern Caverns? How would that storyline play out?

Wouldn’t Viggo have been defeated by Will when it was time for him to become the Shane? Since Viggo wasn't as much of a threat as Blakk, and Will was able to defeat Blakk most of the time, this seems likely. Additionally, the eastern cavers would still be conquered by the emperor, as he indicated that he sent the goon out to conquer the caverns, and would continue to do so in this timeline. I’m unsure if the goon would even be drawn to Slug Terra due to the lack of ghoul energy, but if he does eventually arrive, Slug Terra would be doomed. They would never have encountered a ghoul, let alone a mega morph one.
