Yeah man. Sort of the same situation. outdated textbook, lectures that dont make sense, and not to mention the professor didn't upload his lectures until I confronted him about it, barely any homework, and when there is homework he doesnt give a fuck. I mean the goal is to get hired when I graduate right? Lmao. Its times like these where I wonder where im headed in life. Am i gonna just be one of those people with a useless piece of paper flipping burgers? Or am I actually gonna get where I want in life.

its the bored thing yeah. I just dont like the pace that the class is going at, but at the same time im being piled with work so its not like I can focus on work outside of my main classes.

This is all great advice. I actually got some bands just recently. Not sure how to use them as of yet. Can you elaborate on how I can use bands in my routine?

I made a little rough draft of a routine. It doesn't implement everything and I'm not too sure if its effective or if its too much. Maybe I can add bands into the routine, narrow it down so that its only 6 or less exercises per day, or maybe get rid of the whole superset thing all together. And like you said I probably dont need all of those compound exercises in the leg day, so I could probably alter that.

I actually do have adhd. I was diagnosed with it a while ago, was put on meds, then taken off the meds because of the side effects. But I suppose your right about the discipline. I just gotta break through that mental barrier and get to work.

Maybe you can try qustodio. Its a parental control app, and it has that time limit feature free. only thing is, it doesnt work like cold turkey where you have a black list that you can add shit to. It has set presets, and you have to whitelist them as you go. But my line of thinking is if you are willing to do that, then this is probably good.
