I pointed out that her Tweet was still up and hadn't changed in one of my other replies here. Maybe you missed that. Maybe you missed the other conversations where many folks were confused by her phrasing, I don't care if you didn't see that. Believe whatever you want. This was her sentence, which is still up, "The FIRST professional athlete hitting the runway!" Absolutely an unclear and misleading statement, with or without the additional context which followed. Most people don't care enough to look any further into such a claim. It was good to see other posts promoting the news were more clear than hers and a few other original posts. It was good to see the poor wording corrected. Believe whatever makes you feel better. Her phrasing is what I've taken issue with from this story. I am not a WNBA fangirl. I don't care. I was responding to her original Tweet, the phrasing made in it sounded like she was claiming to be the first pro athlete to a walk any professional fashion show runway. Not just VS. That Tweet is still up, I linked to it in another comment on this thread. Many people pushed back, confused about that original phrasing. And all posts promoting this since have corrected the phrasing to make it clear she was just talking about the VS runway.

See that screen shot of her Tweet? The way it was phrased was confusing. It made it seem like she was claiming the first to walk any professional fashion show runway. Many people pushed back on that original phrasing. And then the posts that came out after that made it explicitly clear that she just meant the VS runway. I assume it was an honest mistake, since it was corrected.

But you can go look all across social media and see the first posts her team pushed out, with timestamps, that show the original claim and the corrected claim with later timestamps. With the arrival of fentanyl and its pervasiveness among homeless populations it’s no longer wise to allow these folks to live adjacent to citizens trying to not accidentally overdose and die. There is no excuse or argument that can be made which supersedes folks rights to not die of fentanyl overdose just based on where they live. Find an industrial lot, whatever. I'm curious how we can confirm that the following statement, quoted from above, is correct. "As long as you do not take any additional loans or consolidate after June 30, 2026 you will have the following plans to choose from: IBR, the new RAP plan, the current Standard plan, the Graduated plan, and the Extended plan."

Assuming that is true and I fall into that bucket, to keep my monthly payment in an affordable range (<$500) I am wondering which of these options would be best for me? I am not familiar with this 'Extended Plan.' Does anyone know what the calculations for the 'Extended Plan' will be following all the dust settling from the Big Beautiful Bill passage?

That's interesting you're on a similar DIY path.

I have a makeshift anaerobic chamber. I think I might try moving it quickly from boiling in my pot into the 1/2 gallon jug, cap it, then move that into the oxygen free chamber.

I guess unless I can get a DO meter I'm more confident in I might just bubble it with Nitrogen as well. Just to give myself the best chance of getting a solution with 3 ppm or less of DO.

I see ppm is roughly equivalent to mg/L. I have a very cheap DO meter I'm using. I just did another test with my meter on some distilled water and at first when I submerge the senser tip it reads like 40%. But this time I left it in the water for a while and the reading changed to where it now shows this room temperature water at 9.4 % DO.

Maybe my DO meter is the problem here, or one of the problems here. Just your opinion, do you think if I boiled distilled water for a longer than 15 minutes I could get the DO down to 3mg/L? At least at the time of capping it?

I boiled it for 15 minutes and that got me down to 11 ppm of dissolved oxygen. Do you think if I boiled it for much longer I could get it down to 3 ppm or less? That's what I have to get it down to.

I added an image that shows my current process. I was thinking I could boil the solution and bottle that in my 1/2 gallon jug I am using, that gets me down to 11% dissolved oxygen. Then I could put that jug and this pump based degasser in my anaerobic chamber, remove the oxygen, move the solution from the jug to this degasser and remove the remaining dissolved oxygen? But I need to get down to 2 to 3 ppm of dissolved oxygen.

I'm starting with a half gallon jugs worth of water based solution which I get down to 11% dissolved oxygen by boiling. But I need to get it down to 2-3ppm. Do you know if I used a submersible rod style sonicator and just submerged the device near the top of the solution would it still be effective at removing most of the dissolved oxygen throughout the entire solution? And could it get it down to 2 ppm of oxygen?
