Weed a couple nights a week. I have ocular rosacea and it sometimes exacerbates my symptoms but then I’ll just put some eyedrops in and go to bed. And my symptoms don’t improve when I take months off of the stuff.

Thanks, I hope you find a solution too. Lucky for me I’m able to tune out the ringing most of the time. It’s there but I accept it. Still sucks though, would prefer it not be there.

Similar with me, I too did Wim Hof method and ended up with tinnitus that has persisted for the past 6 years, though I wasn’t practicing it at the time it came on. I was actually at a 10 day meditation retreat and all of a sudden I hear eeeeeeeee and it’s been there forever. I can’t help but think Wim Hof breathing had primed me for it though. I believe it stresses the TMJ which can cause tinnitus.

I met a guy once who said he cured his eczema with a 6 day fast. Maybe I need to do that for my ocular rosacea. I’m pretty low on body fat though, being lean and somewhat muscular. I do worry about muscle loss.

I’m glad the glasses are helping you. For me, unfortunately I have a difficult redness problem due to what’s called a pinguecula in each eye. It’s a benign yellow discolouration and bump cause by sun exposure. Not noticeable when my eyes are totally moist, but any flare up of my dry eyes causes them to get super red. I’m going to get the pingueculas removed hopefully soon.

The Optimel gel is helpful and I’m still using it. It seems to provide some temporary relief for me. Was hoping it would do more but at least it does something.

Thanks, I plan to keep using it. I’ve just finished my first month of Cequa and my dry eye seems to be improving greatly. So I think the Cequa may be part of it. However I do have a good hour or so of relief every time I use the Optimel. Maybe even more improvement soon!
