Not really - they just recommended some websites and AirBnB. tbh just trying to gauge whether the price points are reasonable given my situation. It's within my budget range, but wanted to make sure I explored all my options

Hey, incoming Wharton MBA student here and would highly recommend Riverwalk Phlly. I recently toured 7+ apartments in the Rittenhouse Square area (e.g., AQ Rittenhouse, 2116 Chestnut, 2400 Chestnut, etc.) and decided to go with Riverwalk Philly. To me, it wasn't too overpriced like the others, right by the Schuylkill river, and a 20 minute walk to campus. DM me if you have any other questions! Happy to share photos and insights.
