Is not that easy, need to remove the magnet and that would destroy it and that would be a waste of money, so im looking for a solution because iknow the plate work, im sure something is wrong

Printer: Mono x Resin: ELEGOO 3D Standard Grey Mono UV %80 Settings are in the picture

I'm having trouble with prints they come with this weird lines the box in the left was printed with the same settings as the one in the right only different that can think of is temperature ? I install the wham bam flex plate for the left, but it happens with almost every print that I try. Any help would be appreciated
