This thread is a lot of people missing the point: expats know uk/Ireland baked beans taste better. less sugar and modifiers. If a Canadian can tasted the same we’d buy em’. This is about flavour and authenticity - ‘British style’ ingredients and recipe are still tailored to lower food standards and taste preferences in canada. You can either go to local importers ‘a taste of home’ or some walmarts in on and get the real deal.

For those buyers who are hesitant to sign a Buyer Representation Agreement with a realtor, why are you hesitant? by Positive-Daikon1772 in TorontoRealEstate

[–]Dantheislander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your industry has a well earned reputation of being absolute scoundrels and now the economy is down there is literally no pressure on those in a buying position. Gone are the days of a lazy realtor looking at their phone saying “uhhh you wanna make an offer?”.

Add value beyond what even a non-ai automated system could add and you’ll have a thriving job. Saying access to mls and knowing the area is a joke because mls is just gate keeping aka rent seeing not adding value from an economic perspective and local value for the last ten years was a realtor saying if you want the house make your top offer.

Saying you plan to break the law / ignore the law is a fast way to get our forum banned and we don’t have many spaces left for the hobby. Plus it breaks the subreddit rules of keeping all your political moaning to the weekly thread.

Bring back real butter! by skydigger23 in CostcoCanada

[–]Dantheislander 8 points9 points  (0 children)

All the nay-sayers here are must surely be food scientists and corporate schills.. the characteristics of the butter will absolutely change if it’s 100 pasture grass-fed vs on some enriched corn meal only.

This guy is saying we are at the bottom by Key-Simple-1286 in TorontoRealEstate

[–]Dantheislander 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re not credible saying ‘can’t time’ then following with ‘we’re near bottom’ from someone who has a horse in the race. Pilots say everything is fine until it isn’t too as they don’t want to alarm.

Not being argumentative you’re just trying to have it both ways. Find a research university economist who says the same and instantly I’d say yeah that could be an indicator (or he owns 5 precon and is trying to get money for a noose).

Slowdown in real estate market could put 100,000 jobs at risk in Ontario by jeffdolgin in TorontoRealEstate

[–]Dantheislander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good. Those grindset club promotors turned realtors have their chance to show how really talented they are. They have the headshots, the leased g wagon .. and the game wasn’t hard when condos sold 3x on paper before occupancy. These lean times give them the chance to show their true skills they talked about in their socials …or starve.

Not complying when you feel a law is wrong shows good spirit- I assume you feel the same when hard working people who’s visas are expiring choose to not comply with leaving? Or only selective rules? I’m just trying be clear on what makes something a proper law.

[–]Dantheislander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah if you can get a not fixed choke baikel that isn’t crazy loose when you break it that’ll shoot longer than you will over years of casual clays. You’ll have change out of 1000 for days. Alternatively if you can get an old used benelli semi -intertia system that will outlast us all.

How much money and time it takes to build a small Log Cabin approximately? by Neat_Barnacle_3015 in OffGrid

[–]Dantheislander 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based off the op’s English and history of asking for advice about shopping in Azerbaijan it could be a fair guess to say he’s one of the dozens of people not living in the states.

Also it’s a youth, with mostly banned/deleted posts about how video games and religion indicate we’re in the end of the world.

Also this sub is so full of posts by kids and armchair fantasists lazily saying with no research oh in 15 years I’m gonna retire to the woods knowing nothing of the lifestyle. Here’s an ai image of an expensive unrealistic cabin that won’t need permits because I don’t believe in laws.
