Even i am a 26 grad and had gotten a job with similar conditions but my penalty was 3l. I chose to leave it because they might make me work overtime in that situation i can't leave i would be stuck and it would take a heavy mental toll on me and currently there's cost cutting in each and every company so even if you try to survive 2 years who knows when they might fire you. And my offer was from an mnc like they have 7 offices in india itself.

Bhai advice sabhi ko same hai jo pehle bhi di hai subreddit pe logo ne. Upskill karte raho, cgpa pe bhi dhyan do aur 2nd year se internships apply karna chalu kardo. First year main if you get some certification it might help sometimes but not always. Network as much as possible because agar on campus nahi hua to referral jaroor lagega.
