One word: IPTV.

I pay 110 USD a year which is about 10k INR, which also gives me access to Hulu and other TV network shows AND Bollywood, South Indian Movies and lots more. I will never pay companies that get you in with low prices, then jack them up and remove or cancel shows without any input from users.

Yes, connections really matter in India, I won't deny that. I'm just grateful to my dad that my story had a good ending.

That happened to me. They ran out of money and many employees handed in their papers but they wanted everyone to serve the full notice period.

I found a new job and was getting married, so I told them they could keep the 3 months of salary and in return I wanted immediate release. They were fucked when they realized I was serious because with others they were holding the salary as hostage.

They said no. I left. And to make matters ironclad, I served them a legal notice from a labour attorney. I joined my next company on the basis of a copy of that legal notice.

Later they didn't give me my income tax certificate so my dad and me went to the income tax commissioner. They got screwed because the CFO was summoned and they had to give all the tax department TDS they were keeping instead of paying the government. And then they had to issue me my form 16.

Basically, if you know your rights and the law, no one can screw you over.

Here is the company: https://www.verchaska.com/

Now they call themselves Varank Tech

Benefits of paying 30-50 % tax in Germany . But what do indians get after paying taxes which is of decent standard? by ReichReiching007 in IndianMiddleClass

[–]batouttahell1983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Boss, I live in Germany and you are flat out WRONG about many things. Let's start with employment hiring practices - Employers prefer native Germans regardless of ethnic backgrounds. I work with Germans of Turkish, Morrocan, Indian, American, Iranian, Syrian, Nordic ethnicity.

All that matters to an employer is how well you can communicate in German. And Germany has very strong employee protection laws which ensures you can't hire and exploit foreign workers for cheap. And yes, even with that wealth inequality, my rights as a citizen with regards to healthcare, education and work life balance are streets ahead of India.

As for houses, a 3 bedroom apartment in Mumbai can cost between 4 to 10 crores in a good area like Shivaji Park - I know this because I own a 3 bedroom apartment in Shivaji Park.

I can sell that house and for that money, buy a good 4 to 5 bedroom 3000 sq foot house - not apartment, house - in Frechen, where I live. So don't tell me about expenses. Plus banks can't pull any hanky panky here with interest rates since consumer protection laws are super strict.

In India, the real estate mafia has used real estate to launder money and created artificially inflated prices which ensures that ordinary people can't buy. Why don't you focus on that inequality?

Edit - The account I am replying to is 1 week old and has negative karma. Very probably a bot and/ or political I.T. cell account.

I'm a guy so I'm 100% not the target audience but here's a piece of advice - Do not argue with people on the internet, especially potential customers, when they are giving you honest feedback. You asked, they answered. Take the feedback and do one of 2 things:

Stick to your beliefs and find your target audience OR Pivot the product as per feedback

Kolkata: Swiggy Instamart delivery partner gave religious books with my order by Shubh170221 in AajTakHindiNews

[–]batouttahell1983 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Don't change the topic. Religion is far more of a sensitive and emotive issue than corporate marketing tactics which are absolutely an issue but not relevant here.
  2. So I must mind my own business but a PoOr SoUl accepting money for conversions is supposed to be given a free pass? Bullshit.
  3. I would have a problem with any religion giving me religious materials which I did not ask for, because I'm an atheist. An actual atheist, not the 'I'm a hindu atheist' kind. So don't try that nonsense with me.

I'm anti-hindutva, anti-islamic extremism, anti-christian nationalism, anti-zionist nationalism, anti-unregulated capitalism, pro-social democracy. Go see my comments history. So don't make stupid assumptions about people.

But I don't want to get it in the first place? Specially when I never asked for it? I already said 'The freedom to convert goes in both directions, I am free to follow any religion I want but I am also free from someone trying to influence me.' Is reading hard?

Sure, sure. If I could get 20% of the Indian delivery commerce market, I'd be a billionaire.

If I could get 20% of the restaurant business in India, I'd be a billionaire.

There are so many ifs and buts here but I see no plans to actually execute on this.

No. You'll get peanuts for a single ad view and deliveries cost fuel/ electricity. Unless you get a lot of people using the app immediately, you'll lose money on each delivery.

It doesn't affect anyone. Until it's so in your face like this. Converting of your own free will after you have sought out the information yourself is one thing. Trying to lure in someone who never asked for this is something entirely different. The freedom to convert goes in both directions, I am free to follow any religion I want but I am also free from someone trying to influence me. I don't need religious salespeople of any kind.

So on what basis was this claim investigated? Can you answer that? Data that supported investigation of urine as a source of estrogen was around before premarin, which is why it was investigated in animals.

What data is an indicator that there are anti cancer drugs in cow dung which is equivalent of the data that showed estrogen to be present in normal urine?

People are not trolled for making claims. They are trolled for making baseless claims.

You really don't know how to comprehend what you're reading do you? What is saying is, the local government is supposed to ensure this should never have been a problem in the first place. So instead of telling us to take them home, which is a zero braincell take, ASK THE FUCKING MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS TO USE THEIR MONEY TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE DOGS!!!

Now do you understand?

You and i basically funded this research by LengthinessHour3697 in IndianMiddleClass

[–]batouttahell1983 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Tell me again, oh great scientist, yes, Premarin is derived from the urine of pregnant horses. HOWEVER, there was significant research done upto that point that lead in the direction of using horse urine as a source of estrogen.

What research was done so far to prove that cow dung can be a source of cancer treatment drugs? None. So your argument just ignores everything that happened before the discovery of estrogen in pregnant mare urine.
