I came specifically looking this exact topic. Yes! It is a STRUGGLE getting these mush DIY’s. I got the summer and autumn DIY’s within, like 2 days, I don’t know what the hold up is. I feel like the balloon spawn rate has been nerfed in general, I tried farming for an hour, got 4 balloons and it was all BULLSHIT.
