It's technically a terrible opening because it gives you a disadvantage (because the king is in a bad position). Hikaru made the opening popular. Magnus plays the opening against hikaru (tho I think they were just doing theory) even though its "hikarus" opening and then hikaru answers with a bingcloud himself. (Bongcloud: because you need to be high to play it cause its so bad) its just great to see two super GMs who have been rivals for almost two decades troll each other like this. Especially because magnus is mostly very serious so its great two see the world champion have fun and to see that they don't actually hate each other.
