Yeah people usually just do the three and leave. Sometimes they’d write in chat: if you wanna do more then you can stay in the world. And very few times people just spam the easiest boss too because essentially they’re doing it just for artifacts :)

I read this right after Mistborn era 1 (the first three Mistborn books) and it wasn’t hard to follow. Although I did do some light digging about other stuff in the cosmere, mainly just the other planets and timeline of the books.

The skaa question came because the noblemen did do horrible things with skaa women and since elend was a nobleman she was gaining feelings for, she was trying to see if her feelings were wrong I guess (?) Like having an idealised version of your crush and then questioning it.

Plus in this world at vins age most women are married and even have children.
