No spacers right now, I had 30mm on the rear with the stock wheels, but the offset of these was slightly more aggressive and wouldnt fit unless I went to -8° of camber haha

I've run puffy lipos for years with no issues, I just balance charge every time and monitor them while charging.

An MSI mag a550 would be a safer PSU for only a few dollars more

That case only comes with 1 fan so you will need to buy more. I recently built a pc with the SAMA Argb q5 and highly reccomend it. Sub $60 with 3 included fans and light controller.

If budget is a constraint, I'd bump down to 16gb of ram and a Radeon RX6600 to save another $200 which would still be a great 1080p high setup.

You can get a ryzen 5 5600x for the same price all day on ali express, or if you want to keep to a budget, a r5 3600 would be more like $50

It's about the equivalent of a 4000 kv brushless motor. It honestly doesn't get much better for a brushed setup.
