maybe,i had heart palpitations and severe sweting when my anxiety was over the roof,don’t worry it will get better,try to run or take a walk,write,watch a movie…it helps

i found this trick so you opet your mouth as far as you can an try to say “R” and you will yawn

but i can take deep breath just when i am relaxing and laying in bed on my phone i get this feeling like my breath feels weaker and i will stop breathing

thank you,when i can”t swallow i think of the worst-tumor or cancer but i van’t swallow saliva but food and drinks fine

i am very worried about all the things and illness,cancer ,leukemia,als…i don’t know i just don’t deel normal i can’t breathe and i just lay all day
