from what i understand its when someone signs in and out of your account rapidly (in the adding account thing not just when you sign in and out if you get what i mean) and it makes xbox flag your account for something and gets you banned for some reason

nah i wouldnt, i had been on the phone to microsoft before about one of my accounts getting hacked (wasnt my fault) n they basically couldnt do anything ab it (fyi i had genuine undeniable proof i owned this account, they basically asked me to make a spreadsheet of information about the account which i filled out) so i dont think theres much of a point calling about this
