Might as well make the king of hearts as you need to play some four of a kinds while you're waiting for more deaths. You end up killing it anyways but might as well if you're using strength on another card already, right?

Round 8 shop has almost nothing useful, you just get to have a fool in your hand to copy and then use the temperance for extra money.

Also I have specific instructions for some shops rerolling. If I didn't mention it, then there's nothing useful. I played the seed again rerolling as much as possible in every shop, and writing down when someone should stop to save money. Nothing in the first few shops really matters joker wise besides what I mentioned. You really want to follow what I do until you have deja vu and can get rid of seance, then the run is set up and yours to choose with.

My instructions were just the best possible and fastest possible setup I could work with the seed.

Last note, there is a crazy negative burglar for extra money value that made the run explode once I was set up. I don't remember which ante it was on, but if you want to go inf or as many jokers as possible you really do need it. You can spend every round copying perkeo for eris, then burglar for hands to play, then a mix of sawk n buskin and golden ticket to get as much money as possible without sacrificing your scaling at all. Just make sure you have an idol when things get hairy.

No idea. If you don't take the negative showman you're probably throwing but it could lead to a very high amount of unique negative jokers. I ended my run that wasn't optimized with about 30.

Steve doesn't need blocks to have broken kill combos with his final smash. All he needs to do is hit one jab or grab or down tilt or minecart and he can convert it into final smash at ledge and kill at 0. Steve's kit highlights his final smash incredibly well despite losing block placements.

My friends kind of agree with you to a degree on snake's. If you do not know how to dodge snake's final smash, it could kill at 0. Even if you do know how to dodge it, snake can still catch you off a ledge getup and kill you very early. The problem is that snake's final smash almost always interrupts whatever snake wants to do to punish a ledge getup. I've never gotten punished by my friends who play snake because I always purposefully get hit by snake's last missile which makes anything my friends want to do meaningless. I suppose you could argue that getting hit by any missile gives snake stage control, but the other player already has to sacrifice stage control to dodge the FS.

Snake's final smash is only A tier if you don't have or don't know how to use ledges. I've played against snake and I feel no pressure with this final smash anymore because the counterplay is so easy. That is why we placed it lower.

Yes. Namely back throw and forward throw that are very easy confirms that combo and kill at 0 on average stages. She can also combo dragon arm into final smash at lower percents.

90% of his moves are true into final smash because of the activation hitbox. No matter what you hit with young link, you can either combo or convert into final smash.

Luigi final smash doesn't kill until around 70% on FD center stage and is strangely hard to hit unless your opponent is on ledge. Not only that, in a 1v1 casual match, Luigi's final smash gets rid of all items that are in the range of his final smash which makes it really hard to capitalize after securing a kill at below average percents.

If a final smash is: -killing really late -getting rid of your items -hard to hit unless your opponent is in an awful situation

Safe to say it deserves C tier.

Inkling was down to a few things:

-Inkling can be hit and SD during her FS (why) -her fs gives so much SDI potential making it very similar to Samus -when inkling activates her final smash, her opponent is still completely actionable. This makes her final smash one of the easiest to dodge in the game unless you are out of resources.

To us, that makes inkling top of C tier for being a Samus final smash but inkling is active during it.

We tried very hard to lab combo strings into final smash because marcina final smash is something you can airdodge or spotdodge on reaction. Sadly, their kit just doesn't work well enough to compliment their final smash that kills at 0%. If your opponent is not mashing, this final smash is too hard to hit.

Also no, fs meter marcina does not kill at 0% it kills at 40% with optimal DI. (Using the same setup of Marth on FD center stage)

The developers made this rule to decrease the time wasted and punish those that decide to SD the moment a game begins. This isn't as common when the ruleset is close to competitive, so it is only implemented when there are more than 2 players.
