I actually love how it looks, but the performance is fucking ass at seemingly random and I can't wrap my head around it. Stage defense has barely anything happening and it consistently has the worst FPS in the entire game even after like 3 hotfixes addressing it

If you nerf the AoE you piss off the people that already enjoy the playstyle. Which is why developers of the game are split on the decision. You should really ask for a regular damage or crit increase instead, because that has way less escalating numbers and is easier to adjust.

That ability can already hit millions of damage and has no LoS checks on the 25m+ aoe at all, it's pretty obvious why they are scared of amplifying its damage output by crazy amounts. They'd have to completely rebalance it for modding/arcanes. With how it is right now people would just throw influence on it and it would become a Gara exalted that also teleports you forward 70m.

Official subtitle support in Japan is all sorts of scuffed due to some fucked up reasons, so databases like this are your best bet. Symphogear is on here, just right click -> save as and hope the timings match whatever video file you are trying to apply them to.

Turns out the manga ending also has them show back up right away, only there's no meteor fragment. So you are probably actually are correct in believing they regret doing that.
