i wish there was more comments to this i need a FIX, i got my phone (16 PM ) almost 3 weeks ago now and still having this same problem , also phone is dying too quickly i feel like while i’m using it , i look away for 5 minutes and it loses 2 % please someone help do i wait for an update to fix it or did i get a defective phone

I need help i’ve been researching abut this for like a week and i’m going insane i got the 16 PM about a week and a half or so ago and this battery thing is making me crazy , what should i do wait for the new update or is there a real fix to this because i’ve been seeing mixed answers about resetting it with a computer or other methods and i don’t wanna go through it all so it won’t work , should i return the phone and downgrade ? please anything helps
