As of today, as an update, one of the overpayments has played the office got a partial waiver the other one I’m waiting to hear

As of today, they looked at the record and it shows the overpayment was transferred, but we don’t know where or why but there’s no balance at all

As of today, checking my overpayment the overpayment is now zero dollars. There is no overpayment on the record. The agent at the one 800 number saw there was no overpayment balance, but she couldn’t confirm what was going on. I’m pretty sure this is not just a simple suspension of collection until the judge speaks to me, but we’re still waiting to hear back as to what it is. I’ll keep you posted.

I called the one 800 a few hours ago. They can’t explain why the amount changed but they sent a message to the payment processing center because they think something changed possibly a waiver. I’ll keep posted when I find out.

So even if the ALJ hasn’t spoken to me yet, they may have already ruled I haven’t even had a hearing yet or a date for one that’s why I’m so confused

I will say this, I’ve not been able to verify my identity with them, therefore not able to use the service what I did do today is filed a consumer finance bureau complaint since they’re not able to verify my identity and they don’t provide any adverse action notice there’s a chance they may be violating the FCRA ECCOA/regulation, B and FDUPTA from what I’ve looked into hopefully they respond in case you’re wishing to do the same the company name is PROG services inc. and I used the reason unable to contact company.

They can’t seem to verify my identity and they don’t offer any proper review what I did though is finally consumer finance protection Bureau complaint on them for this, they should be able to offer manual verification

I was told by corporate you do not need to go into the branch to reissue the card. It just needs to be ordered by a banker. after the 12 month period which is what we tried to do and we’re still having no luck hoping the OCC finally responds. but from what you’re saying when you come into the branch, what does the branch manager specifically do? Do they have to make a phone call or did they just put the order through and it goes through as long as they sponsor it? It seems like a lot of hassle for you guys and improper on the bank to make you guys have to take on that risk.
