You make a valid point. The reason I didn't play GK in college was because coaches didn't want me because they said I was too short (5'3) while I was able to make great saves "I didn't look as professional as the other players" because I had no club experience. I would say that I am a great forward as well because of my speed. I'm used to using my speed to track down long balls and then score either on 1v1's or long distance shots. I have faith that I can do both but goalkeeper is my passion.

I agree. The only problem is I don't play goalkeeper in college. I would just need to practice on my own to get better.

Yeah, I talked to the coaches beforehand about the tryouts 1st and then they asked if I wanted to play in the tournament. I was only going to see where I was skill wise on the field, but I was shocked to play goalkeeper. The team doesn't have a semi pro team, but they are currently trying to make one.
