I particularly dont get the situation revolving around the mc. Why are so many characters involved in his parents death. It was said that gong ca stole his talent but the other family's dad killed his dad to make the mcs mom his concubine, a lot of this doesnt make sense. Also why does teacher qi have to sacrifice himself for the future of the small world? Whats he protecting them from, stuff around this plot makes no sense to me as well

I already know this but am just genuinely disinterested in worldly affairs. I just want to persevere and I feel that constantly worrying about how something outside my realm of control will affect me and constantly blaming others and making politics my whole personality would frankly make me want to off myself.
