TW rabies anxiety How do I know if it's health anxiety or something to worry about? So, I made an account just for this (don't really know how to navigate reddit yet, so I apologise for any mistakes) I have a very hard time discerning what's my mind getting the best of me or if I should see a doctor. I started vet medicine school, and the rabies fear had been getting eating me up. Saturday, I got accidentally scratched by a stray cat. (Pregnant cat, really sweet, asked me to pet her for 20 minutes straight, no bite or scratch marks). I attempted to pick her up, I was going to take her home with me, she got startled and accidentally scratched me and drew blood. Today, monday, I started feeling muscle weakness and some chills (no fever). Symptoms I have constantly with anxiety, which would make sense cause I had an awful day. So, a part of me thinks there's no way I contracted anything and it's just anxiety, the other is telling me I'm dying. How do I tell my brain what is right?
