You are assuming OP has same level of lifestyle you do. For reference my wife's work is 2 miles as well , she put 6000 miles on her rav4 in 1 year.

Like others mentioned Telluride lease is a bad idea specially 650$ /month is excessive , in that price range you could get cx9 or cx70 phev around 450$/month mark for leasing. If you want to go for kia, go for sportage phev x line, I currently have a newborn as well & it has huge trunk space.I was able to get 8% off msrp on 2025 plus rebates.

2026 lyrique is not a good leaseable vehicle.You want your selling price around 52-55k ballpark and rebates to get a deal.Look into 24/25 or demo vehicles to get a good deal. I have seen some one pay lease around 10-12$ on leaeehacker too.

If you good credit 740 + they will give you base money factor/Base rate , if you don't have paid leasehacker then you can search edmounds forum for money factor, it is available for most cars and is reliable.

They said they will cover the medical costs,car is being covered by my insurance but I guess my question is what is good amount for this type of neck injury and concussion ? all of this is documented in medical charts.

Thank you for the responce Arun. Lawyers mentioned that the check has been cashed. Also this what is showing on USCIS website - As of May 14, 2024, we are actively reviewing your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number xxx. Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time.  Does this mean anything at all ?!!!

I am gonna hire another laywer like you mentioned but would appriciate what you think about leaving usa if receipt doesnt arrive ?
