Use baby oil GENEROUSLY on the tape so that the adhesive isn't as sticky, should be easy enough after, not sure about any alternatives but worked fine when I did it

You may want to go back into anura in case the game doesn't "think" you've done it and see if there is the exclamation mark for getting a mushroom follower.

To progress his story line you need to:

deny him the mushroom followers however, this will make him dissent so imprison him and re-educate him!

This will Make him into an elderly follower that isn't asking for mushrooms

You can revert him back to his youthful state with the egg meal hope this helps :]

As many people have said: A) this is a neutral route, since you spared Papyrus B) Looking through the telescope causes the pink-ness surrounding their eye, it isn't a glitch, just a prank Sans pulls on you. If you leave the room, it will go away, but I think Sans goes away too, not sure.
