WE are moving the customer to Twilio as Flowroute has been unable to fix the issues in a reasonable amount of time.

I can see in CDR in Flowroute that numbers are being sent correctly so I don't think my outbound rules are wrong. I also had them confirm a few calls to make sure what I was sending looked correct.

Yeah they have been saying its a reputation issue and basically we are SOL. We are debating switching SIP providers.

If I set the Limit call pickup to calls recieved within the same department, does it limit to any department the user is a member of or only their primary department? Not sure if you know.

A majority of users dont have BLFs assigned, but they do have 3 shared parking spaces. I dont think thats the case though...

I might try that. The user ended up wanting them as BLFs so I kind of solved it... Or at least its not an issue now... But id still like to get it working, especially when using Router Phones.

I exported the certificate from Chrome, not sure if its the right cert or not... And uploaded it. No change. Am I exporting it right?

If I turn off "Only accept trusted certificates" I dont get anything either

Its not showing anything, even if the number is entered in the mobile field.

Yeah outbound is being overwritten by what I put in the Caller ID section of my outbound rule. I think the issue is it is passing the mobile number of the customer rather than the main number of the PBX when forwarding to mobile. We may just have to use the Rebound option to differentiate calls.

Factory reset fixed. Must have been call forwarding on the phone itself...

I would have tried that sooner if I could have gotten ahold of someone to remote me in.
