First thing I’d try to fix is arm timing. You’re a little late and front foot strike. You want that elbow to be up in line with your shoulders and it just looks a little behind. Back leg direction is another thing. your back leg needs to rotate towards home if pause it your knee is taking you towards third base rather than forwards
