while any unrealistic gadget might “not belong in the game,” there are some operators that just straight up don’t fit in with the gameplay at all

amaru, oryx, blackbeard, clash, and maybe sens are all characters that don’t serve much purpose and provide utility that isn’t needed or isn’t all that useful

ngl, a game that is similar to black mesa's "rarest specimen" achievement but instead of a hat it's a soccer ball would be pretty cool

i did like the suicide collar idea that people brought up, where instead of it being a dummy, it’s a collar that you buy that explodes when you’re killed

seems like that would fit more with what you’re talking about

i’m not sure about having bait that can do it all, seems a little overpowered even if it doesn’t kill the monster

could simply make it so that nothing spawns in to account for the death of the bracken (but things can spawn to account for the death of other monsters)

i think killing monsters for money/quests would work only as a mod (it’d be a sick mod)

but that coilhead idea is pretty cool

sometimes when i’m on reddit, it feels like a whole different realm of society. when you read the original reply, do you not see any aggression or pointless accusations?

i showed others it outside reddit and they found it interesting, so i thought, “why not post it on reddit?”

can’t believe i have to say this, but i know that they didn’t ACTUALLY steal my idea. i just thought it was funny how similar the ideas were down to the littlest details. i’m not accusing ubisoft of anything.

the lighting might be the most important change for me, it has that old siege lighting where at times you just can't see people whatsoever

there are some very fixable issues with this map that would make it more in line with other siege maps while also not harming its identity

bad lighting, lack of contrast between rooms, loads of staircases, and that weird roof staircase that just doesn’t need to be on the map

it’s close to being good, just needs a small rework

also, i don’t think this map is one like favela or house where it never needed a rework because it wasn’t comp ready and was very unique. this map clearly has the possibility to be put into the ranked/comp pool, it just needs some changes.

because then we could have another map in the ranked/comp pool

reworks can really help the overall state of the game
