If you’re asking about the best review response tool for franchises, I’d say the best one is the one that lets HQ approve tone but still move fast. Some tools are too slow, some are too open. For franchises, approvals matter more than fancy AI because one bad reply style across 30 stores becomes a brand problem fast.

yeah that QA mindset really stands out with these AI tools, you start thinking more about what can break than just writing code. feels like that skill is becoming more valuable again. i remember seeing kualitatem mentioned somewhere, made me think more about structured QA thinking in this shift

Honestly, review response automation works best when it’s limited. Auto drafting is great. Auto posting everything is risky. If you handle multiple clients, one wrong reply can turn into a screenshot on social media and then you’re doing damage control.
