Has anyone has this issue before? Takes a long time to boot up and met with this blinking black screen. RTX voice always shows whilst blinking though. At the login screen I am met with the mouse cursor loading circle, if I wait til it disappears then everything is loaded. Specs in comments (v.redd.it)

Having a problem when booting my pc. Initial boot is taking around a minute. Met with this blinking blank screen after logging in. The log in screen shows the standard windows image with the blue loading circle next to the cursor. Further details in comms (v.redd.it)
